| Certificate Programs |
| Banner has developed an online Training Program for you to upgrade your skills in many different areas. This training program is being offered through our partnership with Guilford Technical Community College and Education To Go (ed2go). The Banner training programs are oriented towards gaining skills in a variety of subjects by taking several courses. We encourage all employees to take all the requirements for our various certificates. Upon successful completion of all certificate requirements Banner, along with Guilford Technical Community College will offer a certificate as evidence of mastery in the course topics. |

| Qualifications |
- Must be a full-time associate with one year of service with Banner
- Must obtain supervisor/manager’s approval
- No formal written warnings
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to navigate the Internet
- Must have a personal email account
- Must have access to a PC with internet capability, Internet Explorer, Netscape or FireFox web browser
- Must attend a GTCC online orientation/enrollment
- Must be able to dedicate approximately 4-6 hours per week to course

| Application & Enrollment Process |
Complete application
Obtain approval
Forward application to Training Department
Application will be reviewed to ensure minimum requirements are met
Training Department will communicate application status to associate(s)
Associate given passcode
Associate does online enrollment
Associate notifies Training Department one week prior to completion of course
Associate provides Training Department with copy of final exam |
