Certificate Programs are designed to provide an employee with training that would be helpful in their position with the company, or as training for additional roles they may be interested in. A supervisor might suggest that an employee earn a particular Certificate as part of their professional development.
• Can sign up for up to two Certificate Programs per calendar year
• Can also sign up for up to two additional Electives or Personal Interest classes
• Must provide HR with a copy of their Final Exam grade as proof of completion
• A Certificate will be awarded with a Final Exam grade of 75% or better
• After two failing grades (less than 75% on Final Exam) or non-completion of courses, employee loses eligibility to take classes for remainder of calendar year
