Personal Interest Courses are taken because of a personal interest in the subject. They are usually not job related.
• Can sign up for two Personal Interest Courses per calendar year only after employee has taken (and passed) at least two Certificate Program Courses or Elective Courses in the current calendar year.
• Must provide HR with a copy of their Final Exam grade as proof of completion
• After two failing grades (less than 75% on Final Exam) or non-completion of courses, employee loses eligibility to take any classes for remainder of calendar year |
