INSURANCE COURSES

Spring/Summer 2012

This is the course required by the NC Insurance Commission for eligibility to take the State Licensing Examination. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to discuss automobile insurance, general liability exposures and insurance, workers' compensation, commercial fire and other insurance, homeowners' insurance, crime insurance and government fire and casualty insurance. Textbook and Candidates Guide required and must be purchased from the Campus bookstore where you will be taking the class PRIOR to class.

Life, Health & Accident

Under the approval of the NC Department of Insurance, this course prepares and certifies you to sit for the State Licensing Examination for Life, Health, and Accident. Upon successful completion of the course, you will have the knowledge of types of individual life insurance, annuities, policy provisions, health insurance policies and relevant NC statues and regulations. Textbooks are required and must be purchased from the Jamestown Campus bookstore
