Quick Jobs - JobsNow

Are you unemployed, lacking job-specific skills, looking for a better job, searching for a way to supplement your income or wanting to start your own business?

Are you tired of being turned down for jobs because your skills are not up-to-date or you are not certified? Is time a precious commodity in your life?

Improving your future is quicker than you think. Guilford Technical Community College has developed the Quick Jobs with a Future program as the answer for a better tomorrow.

The Quick Jobs program offers a wide variety of courses at affordable prices, with convenient times and locations.

All training are skills-specific and job preparatory with most courses lasting 90 days or less.

An Award of completion is received at the completion of courses.

A high school diploma or G.E.D. and basic computer skills are required in order to participate.

Quick Jobs Course Requirements For Successful Completion

• Earn an overall average of 80% in each major course subject area.
• Be present 90% of the scheduled contact hours.
• Attain a Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) by the end of course. Each class will have a scheduled orientation to prepare students for a scheduled (Work Keys) assessment, please see CRC Career Readiness Certificate.
• Human Resources Development is also a component of the Quick Jobs Program; providing up to 8 hours of instruction for successful job searches and retention, please see HRD Human Resources Development.
