Administrative Assistant (Hybrid)

Do you stay calm in a busy office? Are you organized and pay attention to detail? Then being an Administrative Assistant may be the job for you. You should consider becoming an Administrative Assistant if you enjoy interacting with individuals and working in a team environment.

Administrative Assistants perform a variety of administrative functions such as greeting clients/customers, giving information to callers, and appointment/meeting scheduling. Technology skills include: electronic 10-key; mail merge and composing memos; researching and creating presentations; generating and analyzing reports and data bases.

If you're looking for a job that requires multi-tasking, organization, and computer skills, this may be the one for you.

Course material will be structured to the IC3 Certification.

Salary Range: $12-$16 per hour for entry level positions with potential to earn more with additional training and experience.

This is a hybrid course, a combination of 140 hours face to face classroom instruction and 90 hours of online instruction.

Requirements to Register for this Quick Jobs class:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to search, retrieve, move, copy, and save electronic files from one storage medium to another.
