How To Document Your Reports
|
In order to help you most efficiently create your Compliance Audit Reports, we have created this online help page. You will find it particularly useful if any of your required documentation is to be accessible online – either at the GTCC website or on an external site.
The kind of information provided within this page requires a thorough explanation and this doesn't seem the best place for brevity. You may be familiar with some of the points offered, but read on: we're betting there's information in this page you didn't know, too! |

In some cases the information you’ll need to document in your report is already available online outside of the GTCC website. You may need, for example, to reference the website of the Office of the State Controller.
Because more than one department may need to reference this site, it has been placed on the “Useful Links” portion of the GTCC SACS Website.

| Another sort of link will point the reader to an internal web page. Many of the Compliance Audit Reports will require referencing the GTCC Management Manual, so the link to the online version of this manual has also been placed in the “Useful Links” list. (Of course, this link only points to the Management Manual's table of contents, and when referencing a portion of the manual, you should be specific. |
