How To Write Your Reports

The template for a report can be copied from this area of the website into a Word document.

The documentation should be completed within the template given for your report.
If you have questions about how to actually use a table you may call Jane Pendry at 2215.

If material needs to be scanned for documentation, a scanner is available in the Learning Resource Center, Room 204-205.
If documentation needs to be put on the college website, email the original documents to the Webmaster.

All documentation items still ‘in progress’ will be in bold print in the rationale statement and/or in the documentation table until the final link is established. The report may be sent to Jane Pendry as long as there are not more than two ‘in progress’ items, and with the understanding that it is NOT Jane’s responsibility to establish those final links. That is still the responsibility of the report team or the Compliance Committee liaison.

For consistency – use ‘College’ instead of ‘institution’ when referring to GTCC.
