Head Coach - Bobby Allison
Bobby Allison comes to GTCC after an unprecedented run of success at Mohawk Valley CC in Utica, NY.  Coach Allison led the hawks for 7 seasons and amassed a record there of 215 wins and only 19 losses.  His run featured a 48 game home court win streak, an 88 game regular season win streak and he left having won 82 consecutive Mountain Valley Conference games.  Coach Allison's teams won 6 Mountain Valley Conference Championships and reached the Region 3 Championship game in all 7 seasons he was there, and won 5 championships.  His team reached the National Final Four 5 times in those 7 years which included 3 appearences in the National Championship Game.  Coach Allison was named Mountain Valley Conference Coach of the Year 6 times, Region 3 Coach of the Year 2 times, District A Coach of the Year 5 times, New York State Coach of the Year 2 times and New Balance National Coach of the Year 2 times.  He has coached 5 Mountain Valley Players of the Year, 3 Region 3 Players of the year and 6 All - Americans.  While at MVCC he also coached softball and amassed a career record of 198 wins and 70 losses.  Prior to taking over the women's basketball team at MVCC he was the men's assistant coach and helped lead the team to 3 Region 3 Championship games.  Coach Allison was also active in the AAU circuit and coached for 4 years in the Utica Lady Knicks organization.  Coach Allison resides in Greensboro with his wife Mandy and their 2 daughters, Mackenzie (7) and Kyrah (4).

Assistant Coach - Reggie Hines
Reggie Hines a native of North Carolina graduated from Goldsboro High School and attended Elizabeth City State University where he earned a BS in business administration.

Known for his up-tempo offense and pressure defense, a philosophy that he learned from his mentor, the late coach Norvel T. Lee, Hines coached the last 4 years with the NC Lady Phoenix 15U Elite. The Phoenix is one of the nation's top AAU girl traveling programs.

Hines has a myriad of coaching experience. He spent six years as an assistant at Ben L. Smith High School in Greensboro, NC where he helped coach two Conference Players of the Year. During Hines’ tenure with the Eagles, he helped many male and female athletes become better players who went on to play in college. Prior to joining the Phoenix staff as a coach, Hines spent three years with the Greensboro Lady Gaters.

He has worked several camps throughout his career, including the Five Star Basketball Camp, Hoops and Dreams, Reebok Top 100 Girls Camp and International Basketball Review. He works as a personal trainer for the North Carolina Basketball Academy. He is also the Director of Hoops Unlimited Events, which allow youth the opportunity to participate in basketball year round and the sponsor of the high school unsigned senior showcase design to help athletes further their athletic careers.
