Spring - January 1-May 15
Summer - May 16 - August 14
Fall - August 15 - December 31

Any class scheduled beyond the above dates must have prior approval from the State Board. Continuing Education classes ending after the official end date fall into the subsequent semester, i.e., a class that began in January, but ends May 16th is considered Summer.

Spring - May 20th (on or before)
Summer - August 19th (on or before)
Fall - December 19th** (on or before)

The paperwork for classes that run up to the last minute, such as Defensive Driving, should be completed and forwarded as soon after the class ends as possible. Every effort will be made to include those classes in the appropriate reporting term. Remember to enter grades, and/or hours immediately to facilitate accurate reporting.

Basic Skills rosters are due in Auditing monthly. The first two months are combined and turned in on (or preferably before) the 15th, i.e., January and February would be due on or before March 15th, March (on or before) April 15th, and May (on or before) the final due date noted above. Only the top (white) attendance roster with additional paperwork (SMV and Excel Contact Hour Worksheet, etc.) is forwarded to Auditing. The final roster packet should be turned in the same month the class ends. (Please see the above Final Due Dates). The final packet must include the contract and sub-rosters. The above Final Due Dates are crucial to processing and reporting. Contact hours should be entered by the above Final Due Dates.

Spring - May 10th
