Career Services Advisory Committee
|
The Career Services Advisory committee is comprised of 22 human resources managers and recruiters who have a commitment to service in the community. The committee’s role is to assist and advise the Career Services Center in matters relative to job market information, recruitment, program planning and evaluation. They are interested in the success of job seekers in obtaining their career goals. They feel preparation, presentation and marketing employability skills are key essentials to their success.
Effective communication and partnerships between business and industry are essential with the changes in technology and the workplace. The Advisory Committee keeps us abreast of the trends and changes occurring in their industries that will aid us in better preparing job seekers entering the workforce. |
