How To Log Into Blackboard

Your Blackboard user name begins with gtcc- (all lower case) followed by your GTCruiser user name.
Your GT Cruiser user name is the first part of your GTCruiser e-mail address.
Typically, it is your first two initials and your last name. Sometimes -- for example, if you don't have a middle name -- only the first initial is used. GT Cruiser user names are all lower case.
So, if your name is John Paul Jones, and your GT Cruiser e-mail address is:
jpjones@gtcc.mailcruiser.com
Your Blackboard log-in name is:
gtcc-jpjones
Sometimes -- for example, if there are three J.P. Joneses in our system -- a three-digit number is arbitrarily added.
gtcc-jpjones245 (Note that it is all lower case and has no spaces.)
Your password is your birthday in six digits with no spaces. For example, if you were born on March 1, 1987, your password would be:
030187
Once you are logged in, you can change your password to anything you like. But if you do, be sure to remember your new password. If you are having problems logging in, see the Troubleshooting page. |
