Welcome to GTCC’s purchasing department.
This website will provide you with some basic information about doing business with GTCC as well as links to other informative websites.

The purchasing department’s door is always open and you are welcome to stop by to learn more about the purchasing guidelines.

General Information
GTCC operates under a decentralized purchasing process.
The end-users determine what they need, quantities needed and when the supply is needed.

The GTCC Purchasing Department assists the end-user in soliciting competition and assures that all state and GTCC purchasing policies are followed.

The Purchasing Manager maintains a vendor list by commodity type of those vendors wishing to be added to the list.  The list is used to solicit quotes or formal bids when required.

    • •Purchasing Department hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM

    • •C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted

    • •Any work, materials or services provided prior to receiving a purchase order are the sole responsibility of the supplier

    • •All orders are required to have a purchase order number
