| Note: Bids are posted on the state’s IPS system and it would be good to have a link to that website for potential bidders to obtain the bid package. However, it would be even better if the bids could also be posted on GTCC’s website along with tabulations and awards as they are done. This section could function similar to how the IPS system works or can be made to allow updated spreadsheets to be available. The state removes access to tabulations and awards after 30 days. I recommend that GTCC leaves these on the web for 60 days. Often bidders wait a while before inquiring about status and it is time consuming to have to go back to files. |
