E-Procurement
There are several websites that require registration in order to participate in particular services to GTCC as well as to other schools and universities. All of GTCC’s purchase orders are required to go through the state’s NC @YourService e-procurement system. In order to receive a purchase order, each vendor must register with Vendor E-Procurement.

The state of North Carolina implemented an e-procurement system that is being used by most of the state agencies, institutions, universities, community colleges, public schools and local governments.

The system will move the procurement process from a paper-driven system to an electronic system  It will cost savings and an improved cycle time. All requisitions are electronically entered into the system and forwarded to the purchasing department.  An e-requisition allows the purchasing department to request quotes, issue purchase orders and receive the goods and services.
"
You can learn more about the e-procurement system as well as register as a vendor, update your profile or connect to other state sites of interest on the e-procurement homepage.

For purchasing requests that are less than $10,000, GTCC may elect to solicit competition through e-Quotes.
Be sure to register for this section if you would like to participate in electronic quotes.
