| E-Procurement |
There are several websites that require registration in order to participate in particular services to GTCC as well as to other schools and universities. All of GTCC’s purchase orders are required to go through the state’s NC @YourService e-procurement system. In order to receive a purchase order, each vendor must register with E-Procurement.

| eQuote System |
| The eQuote System is associated with the e-procurement system. However, it takes a separate registration to be able to accept and participate in electronic quotes. Again, once registered, all vendor names are available for all schools and universities to solicit competition from eQuote. |

| Vendor Link |
| Bids that are estimated to be $10,000 or greater are advertised on the state’s Interactive Purchasing System (IPS). Once you have registered with Vendor Link, you will receive an email from the system each time a bid is posted in a commodity that you registered unde Vendor Link. |

| HUB |
The Historically Underutilized Business Office in Raleigh has a website that can provide you with a wealth of information related to HUB businesses, certification as a HUB business as well as many other topics.
GTCC has a HUB vendor list that is constantly being updated.
The list is available for all GTCC requisitioners.
GTCC requires that a minimum of one quote for each solicitation be received from a HUB vendor.
