Dept. of Veterans Affairs Change of Program/Place of Training Application
(if transferring from another school having used VA Education Benefits)
DD2384 Notice of Basic Eligibility (NOBE) Active Reserves/NC National Guard |

Required documents are dependent upon the Chapter of Education Benefits that you will be applying for.

| Certification Of VA Educational Benefits |
A student must have completed their Admissions file before the Coordinator can report enrollment to the DVA for payment.
In addition to completing the Admissions file, students are required to complete the GTCC VA Office Enrollment Plan / VA Contract and return it to the GTCC VA Office. Once ALL components are in place, certification of enrollment will be sent to the Dept. of Veterans Affairs. |
