Outgoing Transcripts

Students may request official transcripts to be forwarded to other educational institutions and/or designated others.
Transcripts will not be issued if there are any financial obligations to the school.
All transcript requests must be received in writing.
There is a $5.00 charge per transcript. |

Debit cards are accepted as a form of payment for transcripts.
The card must have the Visa or MasterCard logo to be accepted.
To use the card you will need to pay in person and you must have the card in hand.
Checks will not be accepted as a form of payment for transcripts. |

Effective March 1, 2004, GTCC will no longer mail official transcripts to the student's home address.
All official transcripts will be mailed directly to the college or business address. |
