October 9

Priority deadline for new program applicants. Application steps must be complete by 5:00 p.m.

October 12-13

Fall break (no “on campus” classes).  Current students should check their transcripts and run a program evaluation using Web Advisor this week.

October 15-16

Priority registration in “E” classes (special sections reserved for eDegree programs) for new students meeting priority deadline and current students.

October 19

Pre-registration.  Current students may register themselves for “N” classes (regular online classes not reserved for eDegree programs) using WebAdvisor or make schedule changes using WebAdvisor during this time.

November 4

Last day to withdraw for the fall semester.

November 30

New applicant final deadline. Students interested in GTCC’s eDegree programs must complete their GTCC application, placement testing, and program application by 5:00 p.m. to be considered for spring admission.

January 4

Payment deadline—7:00 p.m.

January 11
