...Experience an Online Class?

You can visit an online course by clicking HERE. But while you will see the entire course, you will not be able to take it. To actually take an online course follow these steps:

Visit our public Moodle site. Once there, at the log-in box click on the link to open a new account. Create a username and password, fill in the required fields, and Create a New Account.

You will receive an email containing a link to confirm your new account. The link will take you to a page where you can log into Moodle with the username and password you created.

Once you are logged in, click on the link to your course: eLearning Orientation. You will be asked to enter an enrollment key. The enrollment key is:  elearning

GTCC uses three online resources for instruction and communication with students.

  1. WebAdvisor is where students register for classes, pay for classes, and see information about their accounts.

  2. Moodle is where our online classrooms are located. Use this link to learn how to use Moodle.

  3. Blackboard IM is our instant messenger. Once you log into Moodle, you can download this tool and talk, hear and see your faculty members and classmates.
