Please complete this form to request a library instruction session. You can request up to 4 sessions for the same class on this form. When scheduling instruction, please keep in mind it is best that the library have at least 5 days notice to better prepare instruction to meet your and your students' research needs.

After you submit this request, Denise Woetzel, Library Instruction Coordinator and Reference Librarian, will contact you to confirm date/s and time/s as well as to discuss specifics. Barring exceptional circumstances, library instruction sessions occur in LR202, on the main floor of the library.
