WHAT I DO AT GTCC

I teach Accounting Courses and serve as the Department Chair for Accounting, Business Administration (including the HR Concentration) and Global Logistics/Supply Chain programs here at GTCC. My favorite part is working with the students and helping them to achieve their goals. 

MORE ABOUT ME

I am a Jamestown native. I went to Ragsdale High School. I went on to complete a BS and Masters degree in Accounting from UNCG. I am a licensed CPA in NC and spent 10 years in industry before staying home with my children for a few years. I began teaching as an adjunct and fell in love with it. A few years later, I found myself in my dream job here at GTCC. I continue to practice primarily with small to medium sized businesses and nonprofit organizations across the US.

I am married to Rick and we have three children: Ricky, Caroline and Gracie. For fun, I exercise, read and watch TV and movies!
