What started off as a pilot program to enhance services in the Greensboro Community Resource Center soon turned into a full enterprise with Guilford Technical Community College. Courses such as Employability Skills and Money Smart see full classes of graduating participants every quarter.

Vice President of Career Development Service Debbie Mitchell says, "We took best practices from other areas and created the best package to fit our Greensboro Community Resource Center.  Guilford Technical Community College was the perfect partner.  Anything that Goodwill has said will help the Guilford county community get back to work; Guilford Technical Community College has been there to say okay."
