JAMESTOWN - Led by a well-balanced scoring attack, Guilford Technical Community College men's basketball team finished November with an 8-0 record and ranked No. 10 in Division II of the National Junior College Athletic Association poll. Team statistics through seven games showed Charles Kloof of Paramaribo, Suriname, leading the team in scoring with a 15.6 average. Alex Moore of Raleigh is the rebounding leader with 5.8 boards per game followed by Kloof with 5.1. Coach Phil Gaffney pointed to the team's scoring balance with Travis DeShazior of Fayetteville and TJ Holman of Raleigh both averaging 11.5 points per game. They are followed closely by Moore with 11.4 points per game and Kihari Blue of Syracuse with a 10.3 average. Assists leaders are Moore (4.1), Blue (3.3) and DeShazior (3.1) The team is averaging 80.8 points per game while holding opponents to an average of 61.7. ###
