GTCC Splits Weekend Games, Runs Season Record to 11-4

FLORENCE - The Guilford Technical Community College baseball team split a four-game series with Florence-Darlington College on March 12-13 in conference openers for each team.

Coach John Barrow's Titans now have an 11-4 overall record and stand 2-2 in Region II league competition.

The Titans will play a nine-inning non-conference game against Mohawk Valley Community College of Utica, NY, at 7 p.m. Thursday at McCrary Park in Asheboro. Summary of recent games:
