Event will support student veterans and public safety programs

JAMESTOWN - The Guilford Technical Community College Foundation will present a new and exciting event in support of student veterans and the college's public safety and educational programs. The GTCC Sporting Clays Challenge will be held 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, May 30 at Shane's Sporting Clays, 6319-B U.S. 158, Summerfield, N.C.

The event features a morning shoot with a challenging 14-station course. Participants will enjoy the opportunity to network and promote their business and support a worthy cause. Registration is open to 25 teams of four.

Early bird registration for a team of four is $1,350 or $325 for an individual through May 1. After May 1, the entry fee for a team of four is $1,500 or $375 for an individual. The deadline to register is 5 p.m. May 19. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
