TOP STUDENTS GET AWARDS AT GTCC HONORS PROGRAM

JAMESTOWN - Top performing students at Guilford Technical Community College were honored during the college's recent 30th annual Honors Convocation held recently in the auditorium of the Koury Hospitality Careers Center.
Top awards in student development and learning went to Michelle Frazier of Greensboro, English; Michelle Rayo, math, and Phyllis Kirkpatrick, reading, both of High Point.
Amanda Spain of High Point was recognized as being the GTCC winner of the N.C. Community College System Academic Excellence Award.
