Cake Decorating Beginner

In this class you will learn how to ice your cake evenly, make a decorative border around the cake, icing flowers, roses & pansies and simple writing techniques. At the end of the class, your cake will look professionally finished. A list of supplies will be given on first day of class. Extra cost for supplies. Self-Supporting.

Cake Decorating

In this class, students will learn how to do more advanced borders such as basket weave, work with tolled fondant and how to make a small wedding cake. Prerequisite: Cake Decorating Beginner or basic decorating skills. A list of supplies will be given on first day of class. Extra costs for supplies.

Advanced Cake Decorating

In this class you will learn more advanced techniques for working with both buttercream and fondant. This class will also focus on the proper stacking of a multi-tiered cake. At the end of the class, you will have learned how to create a professional looking multi-tiered custom cake. Prerequisite: Beg. Cake Decorating and Intermediate Cake Decorating, or mid-level cake decorating skills. A list of supplies will be given on the first day of class. Extra cost for supplies.
