| What is Tech Prep Tuition Assistance? |
| Tech Prep Tuition Assistance is a program that allows Guilford County Schools graduates to continue their technical training at Guilford Tech, with a financial award to help defer the cost of continuing their education. |

| Who is Eligible? |
Any Guilford County student completing a high school degree in one of the 10 recognized Tech Prep Courses of Study and/or the Huskins Program is eligible to apply for a Tech Prep Tuition Assistance Award when they apply for admission to Guilford Technical Community College. Applicants who declare a two-year transfer program upon entering GTCC do not qualify for the award. Upon entering GTCC, applicants must honor the Course of Study from their high school courses of study to the corresponding GTCC Program(s). Please see the courses of study below. Students must enroll in 12 credit hours or nine credit hours plus a co-op or apprenticeship in their selected program at GTCC Students must maintain a minimum 2.0 grade point average.
