Administrative Assistants perform a variety of administrative functions such as greeting clients/customers, giving information to callers, and appointment/meeting scheduling. Technology skills include: electronic 10-key; mail merge and composing memos; researching and creating presentations; generating and analyzing reports and data bases.
If you’re looking for a job that requires multi-tasking, organization, and computer skills, this may be the one for you.
Salary Range: $12-$16 per hour for entry level positions with potential to earn more with additional training and experience. |
