Course Description
This program helps participants learn how to instill pride and purpose in their teams. They will complete a variety of individual and group activities, skills practices, video segments, and large group discussions that explore the following topics:

l Elements involved in building team pride

l Key actions for building team pride and purpose

l Planning and practicing how to build team pride and purpose

l Action planning

1. Understand the significance of team pride and purpose in accelerating team productivity. 

2. Identify actions that build pride within individuals and groups. 

3. Demonstrate a set of key actions for building a sense of purpose within a team.

We will deliver training to suit your schedule. All programs can be conducted in increments as little as two hours per session or as long as 6 hours a session. 

Cost
$100 per instructor hour plus a one-time $100 administrative fee per program.
