Course Description
This workshop is targeted to leadership teams who want to enhance inter-departmental communication as well as collaborative decision-making. The program is wrapped around the organization's performance expectations and helps the leader participants see the "bottom-line" reason to break down silos and work effectively together. Participants will gain new understanding of their ultimate role in giving customers - both internal and external - exceptional service and quality. Emphasis is placed on developing strategies and action plans for immediate application to the workplace.
