Course Description
This program helps participants prepare for performance-related discussions with employees that lead to increased productivity, collaboration, and achievement of critical goals. They will complete a variety of individual and group activities, skills practice, video segments, and large group discussions that explore the following topics:

* Key actions for planning for performance discussions
* Planning for rough spots
* Tracking performance
* Action planning

3. The Key Actions for planning for performance discussions.

* List key responsibilities.
* Rate each responsibility based on organizational value.
* Prioritize responsibilities.
* Set measurable goals for high priority responsibilities.
* Plan for data collection.

4. How to create measurable, objective goals using specific criteria. 

5. Challenges individuals might have in achieving their goals and your strategies to overcome these challenges. 

6. The Key Actions for planning for performance discussions:

* List key responsibilities
