Course Description This program provides participants with a process for resolving conflicts with their peers that encourages shared solutions while building constructive work relationships. Throughout the program, participants complete a variety of individual and group activities, skills practices, video segments, and large group discussions that explore the following topics:

- The day-to-day conflicts they face
- Key actions for resolving conflicts with peers
- Planning for a real-life conflict conversation

1. How to reduce the impact that conflict has on productivity and work relationships.
2. Get a clear picture of the causes behind a conflict.
3. Preparation steps for addressing conflict with a resolution mindset.
4. How to talk through a conflict situation objectively and non-defensively.
5. The first steps and trial solutions to begin to resolve a conflict.
6. Follow through steps that keep momentum headed toward a solution.
7. The Key Actions for resolving conflicts with your peers:
- Evaluate the situation.
