Personal: Myers-Briggs Assessment and Applications

Course Description
This program helps participants better understand their boss, colleagues, and customers in order to enhance relationships and minimize conflicts. They will learn about their own communication preferences, and the strengths and blind spots that are a natural part of those preferences. More importantly, they will learn how these differences play out on a day-to-day basis and how to work with other’s for a more productive and positive work place.  They learn how to interact with people the way those people want to be communicated with, speak to them in the way they are comfortable listening, and influence people in ways that are comfortable for them.
