Personal: Problem Solving for Teams

Course Description
Clearly, the ability to generate innovative solutions to workplace problems is more important than ever. But how do you create the energy to implement these solutions in a climate where resources are scarce and people are already overworked? This program provides participants with skills, strategies, and tools for solving problems collaboratively. They will complete a variety of individual and group activities, skills practices, video activities, and large-group discussions that explore the course topics.

We will deliver training to suit your schedule. All programs can be conducted in increments as little as two hours per session or as long as six hours a session.

Cost
$100 per instructor hour plus a one-time $100 administrative fee per program.
