Course Description
Black Belts are trained in specific technical problem solving methodologies and the use of Six Sigma's analytical tools used to help solve problems. A typical Black Belt employee will generate returns of tens of thousands of dollars per year (usually hundreds of thousands).
In this program, participants will learn the Six Sigma DMAIC and apply their knowledge to a project at their facility. They will be guided all along the way by support from classmates and the Master Black Belt instructor. They will begin to save/make money for their company before you even completing the course.
- A project would be required to become certified
- Projects are usually completed within 6 to 9 months
- Project coaching is needed from a Master Black Belt or Black Belt to insure project completion
