The Total Quality Transformation series (TQT) combines the theory, process, and tools necessary for quality. From strategic planning to continuous improvement, TQT features a hands-on methodical approach that applies to all levels of the organization so that everyone is involved in the transformation. It provides a roadmap to successful quality improvement with an emphasis on standardization and customer focus as required by Six Sigma, ISO 9000, and QS 9000.
