Project Management: Teaming up for Seamless Service


Course Description
This program explores what it takes to deliver seamless service, and develops participants’ skills for addressing service issues with fellow service providers. Participants complete a variety of individual and group activities, partner discussions, and skills practices, video segments, and large-group discussions that explore the following topics:
•            Describing “seamless service”
•            Best practices for delivering seamless service
•            Assessing how well they contribute to seamless service
•            Process steps for raising a service issue with a co-worker
•            Planning and practicing a service issue discussion
•            Action planning

Course Outline
1. Understand the importance of seamless service

2. The service provider’s role in delivering seamless service, and commit to doing so

3. Six best practices for delivering seamless service

4. Five-step process for discussing service coordination issues with others

5. Actions that increase teamwork and coordination with all employees

We will deliver training to suit your schedule.
All programs can be conducted increments as little as two hours a session or as long as six hours a session.

Cost
$100 per instructor hour plus a one-time $100 administrative fee per program.
