GTCC will refund 100 percent of registration fees and other fees if you officially withdraw from a class before the first class meeting. GTCC will refund 75 percent of tuition if you officially withdraw from a class on the first day of class or before the class reaches the 10-percent point. The 10-percent point varies from class to class. Ask your instructor or the Finance office for specific dates.

To officially withdraw, you must fill out a refund request form and turn it in to a Continuing Education office on any campus.

If a class is cancelled or full, GTCC will make a full refund.
Refund policy is established by state legislative action and is subject to change without notice to students. This refund policy was in effect at the time this syllabus was printed.
