| Air Conditioning, Heating, & Refrigeration (AHR) |
AHR offers three courses - Sheet Metal Drafting, Duct Construction, and HVAC License Preparation. The Drafting and Duct Construction classes are designed to instill and enhance the skills needed to layout and build items from sheetmetal. The License Preparation Class is offered to help in preparing those interested in sitting for the H-3 exam.

| American Management Association (AMA) Certificates |
GTCC offers in cooperation with the AMA certificate programs in Management and Human Resources, featuring courses to help participants become more effective in their present jobs and to prepare them for future advancement.

| Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) |
The CNA program consists of 144 hours of classroom and clinical studies, preparing students for work in nursing homes, long term care facilities, medical offices, hospitals and in private home assistance. Successful completion of the program qualifies students for certification as a nurse assistant by the NC Department of Facilities Services.

| Computer Training in General Applications |
GTCC offers a wide variety of computer classes for the computer beginner and the computer programmer. Classes in Intro to Computers, Keyboarding, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Illustrator are held at multiple campus locations in the evenings and daytime. We also offer computer application workshops for those who prefer the workshop format.
