| NC DOT Escort Training |
The North Carolina Department of Transportation requires that all Oversize-Overweight Load Escort Vehicle Drivers must be certified. The Program includes instruction in safe and effective escort skills, an examination that documents course comprehension, and a system of recognizing drivers certified by this or another state. To become certified, escort drivers must attend the 8-hour DOT Escort Vehicle Course.
Every 3 years the Oversize-Overweight Load Escort Drivers must be recertified. To become recertified, escort drivers must attend the 4-hour DOT Escort Vehicle Recertification Course. |

All our instructors are certified through the National Safety and Health Council of North Carolina.
