| Tuition and Fee Payment |

Tuition and fees may be paid in person by cash, check, money order or credit card (VISA or Mastercard only) at the Cashier’s window(s), Medlin Campus Center, during the published hours above or at adjusted times during the registration period. Checks or money orders may be mailed, but must arrive on or before the published deadline date for tuition payment. For the convenience of students planning to pay by check, there is a night depository box available during the college’s operational hours: 7:00 am until 10:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 am until 5:00 pm, Friday. |

| Refund Process |
100% refund: students who officially drop a class prior to the first day of the term will be issued a 100% refund of tuition and fees for the class being dropped provided the student’s final credit hours fall below 16 semester hours.
75% refund: students who officially drop a class prior to the 10% point of a class will be issued a 75% refund of tuition. Fees are non-refundable after the term begins.
To receive a refund, students must complete the Schedule Adjustment form, get the proper signatures, and process the drop through the Records Department. The Schedule Adjustment form must be signed by the student. Allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for the refund to be received. |

| Parking Permits or Decals |
During tuition and fee payment at the Cashier window students will be requested to complete a vehicle registration card. The Cashier will issue the parking permit or decal after receiving a completed registration card. All information requested on the card must be entered for the decal to be issued. Parking fees are included in the billing process.
Note: After the registration period, including the drop/add period, parking permits or decals can be obtained from the college bookstore. |

| Accident Insurance |
| Accident insurance is required of all students enrolled at the college in curriculum, credit courses. Insurance coverage of any other type or source is not a waiver of the accident insurance. The fee, charged each term, is included in the bill from the college. |

| Health Program Insurance |
| Students enrolled in certain health programs are required to be covered by liability insurance. This fee, charged once a year, is included in the bill from the college. |
