Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Jamestown Cashiers Office: Medlin Campus Center, 2nd Floor, Room 270

Regular Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm

Extended Hours: May 16-17, 2012 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
May 18, 2012 8:00 am - 12:00 noon

Summer Payment Deadline

May 8, 2012, 5:00 pm: Any student registered on or before May 8 must pay by 5:00pm

May 16-18, 2012: Student must pay the day they register

GTCC accepts cash, checks, money orders, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

We do not take credit card numbers over the phone. If paying in person, you must present the actual credit card to the cashier or pay online with WebAdvisor.

If paying by check, the account holder's name, address, and account number must be pre-printed on the check.

**Checks are NOT accepted for transcripts.**

*Two forms of ID are required for all financial transactions. One must be a photo ID. (See page 5 for acceptable forms of ID)

Refunds

A Guide to Refunds

If you:

Drop by 5:00pm May 15, 2012 - 100% refund
Drop on May 15, 2012, must be completed in
person and no later than 5:00pm
Drop on the first day of the semester - 75% refund
Drop after the first day but before census date - 75% refund (Census date varies by course. Check WebAdvisor for the census date of YOUR class)
Drop after the census date - no refund
Please do not assume you will be dropped for non-payment. If you decide not to attend you must officially withdraw.
