Instructions for Outstanding Graduate & President's Medal Application


Please complete the application below. This application must be typed, not hand written. Each application will be evaluated utilizing the rubric that is also part of these instructions. This application will be used to determine the three Outstanding Graduates and one President's Medal recipients. Faculty recommendations should accompany your application and/or be delivered to Kathy Willard by the deadline in order to be considered for this award.

Your typed application must be submitted to the GTCC Campus Post Office, Box 52 by 5 p.m. March 21, 2014. Your application should be placed in an envelope and marked "Graduation Awards Application".

If you have questions, please check with your department chair or division chair or call Kathy Willard, Chair Student Honors at ext. 50569. Remember, the deadline for applications to be submitted is March 21st. Award winners will be revealed and recognized at graduation May 08, 2014.
