The APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) program offers in-depth education for individuals in the operations management profession who wish to improve their knowledge of production and inventory management. The APICS CPIM curriculum concentrates on tools, techniques, and knowledge for production and inventory management.
Master Planning of Resources enables students to explore processes used to: develop sales and operations plans; identify and assess internal and external demand and forecasting requirements; and affect an achievable master schedule consistent with business policies, objectives, and resource constraints. This module is the second of five in the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management program. APICS recognized instructors from the Piedmont Triad Chapter of APICS will facilitate the 30 hour course.
Enrollment is limited to 16 students.
Meeting Dates: Monday - January 23, 2012 through March 26, 2012 Time: 6 pm - 9 pm Location: Greensboro Campus - CEC 225 Student Cost: $789 - includes tuition, books and materials (Exam Content Manual, APICS Dictionary, Participant Guide, Arnold Text, class handouts as required) and Piedmont Triad Chapter of APICS membership. If the student is confirmed as an active APICS chapter member, $150 will be refunded to the student by the chapter.
