Do you want to improve your basic reading, math, and writing skills? The GTCC Adult Basic Education program helps adults improve these skills with courses like Reading I & II, Language I & II, Math I & II, and Computer Literacy. These courses help prepare you for the next step in a high school equivalency program. You may enroll at any time during the semester.

The Adult Basic Education (ABE) program also serves students with intellectual disabilities – Providing Opportunities for Workforce Training and Education Review (POWER) students. Placement is dependent upon assessment scores.
