GTCC's Chef Al celebrates Greek-American Heritage Month with classic dish

March is Greek-American Heritage Month, and a great way to celebrate is by making a traditional Greek dish. Chef Al Romano, an instructor at Guilford Technical Community College, has the perfect recipe to try – traditional Greek chicken and tzatziki sauce.
