Requesting Transcripts

Official transcripts may be requested online though Parchment or by mail. There is a $7.50 fee for requesting eTranscripts through Parchment and a $5 fee for transcripts requested by mail.

ETranscripts requested through Parchment will be processed on the same day as requested unless there is a hold on the student account. Transcript requests received by mail will be processed within three business days from the day of receipt of the request. For questions concerning transcripts, please contact records@gtcc.edu.

To request an eTranscript through Parchment: Please log into the Parchment storefront to create your account and then follow the online store instructions provided to order an e transcript. E Transcripts are available only to students who have taken curriculum courses.

Note: Adult high school students, continuing education (non-credit) students and students requesting placement test scores should submit transcript requests using the Transcript Request Form [PDF].

To request a transcript by mail: Please download, print and complete the Transcript Request Form. Mail-in requests require payment via money order only. Cash and personal checks cannot be accepted with mail-in requests.  If your transcripts are under a previous maiden/married name, please list all names. Please indicate on the request form if you are requesting an adult high school transcript, continuing education transcript (non-credit), placement test scores or a degree/diploma/certificate transcript.

Please Note: GTCC cannot release transcripts on file from other institutions. Transcripts cannot be issued if there are any outstanding financial obligations to the school.
