"I didn't hear anything. It was just me, the basketball, and the goal," says GTCC guard Nikel Rodgers.
Guilford Technical Community College guard Nikel Rodgers made NJCAA history by hitting a record-breaking 17 three-pointers in a single game at the Ragsdale Family YMCA, finishing with a career-high 54 points.
Rodgers described the performance as an unstoppable shooting night unlike anything he’d experienced before, drawing inspiration from elite shooters like Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Damian Lillard, and Ray Allen.
